Return Shipments
  Before you return defective product or send stock-balance shipments, you need to follow these procedures:
   
 
  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Write the RMA number on the original shipping label,
    not on the box.
  3. Include one RMA per carton.
   
  Shipments can include merchandise that is being returned for different reasons, such as DOA vs. stock balancing, but a separate RMA number is required for each SKU and condition. Please review Open System's shipping requirements.
   
How To Get An RMA Number
  Contact our Customer Service Department to request an RMA number. Or click HERE to enter the information online.
   
  Via Phone
  Dial 1 (888) 881-6660 to talk to one of our representatives. When you call, please have your account number, SKUs and product descriptions handy.
   
  Via Internet
  We have a convenient electronic RMA form you can fill out and submit online.
   
  Via Fax
  You can fax your return requests to our main fax number at (440) 439-3794. Please allow 48 business hours for a response to your fax request.
